Core Movement Society x Intune Skin + Beauty
Join us for a nurturing evening designed to help you move, release and reconnect with yourself.
Begin with mindful mat Pilates guided by Ayla from Core Movement Society a gentle yet powerful movement practice designed to help you breathe deeper, slow down and reconnect with your body.
Then transition into a guided facial ritual led by Lisa from Intune Skin + Beauty, exploring lymphatic activation, tension release and intentional self-massage techniques to support the face, skin and overall sense of calm.
An evening to slow down, move with intention and learn simple techniques you can take home and make part of your own ritual.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your own Pilates or yoga mat and blanket (cushions if needed) so you can settle in and get comfortable throughout the evening.
